Responsibilities
Summary
Execute the complete life-cycle recruiting process to select the most qualified candidates in a cost-effective and timely manner. Also responsible for developing strategies and processes to create and maintain effective recruiting channels and sources.
- Full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions to effectively and efficiently fill open positions as assigned
- Improves branding of National Interstate and recruitment programs by implementing best practices for visibility and recognition to targeted candidates
- Manage employee referral and internal postings programs including reporting and communication materials
- Manage vendor relationships with assessment, background check, and drug test provider
- Makes recommendations for improving recruiting process and strategies
- Manages other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years prior experience in full cycle corporate recruiting
- Ability to source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates based on job specifications
- Strong relationship building and enhancing skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet various simultaneous deadlines with flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
- Understanding of all applicable Federal, State and Local employment laws and regulation
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, may be higher during peak recruiting periods
