Our Recruiting Process

Searching for a new job can be challenging at times! We recognize this and want you to understand our recruiting process so you will know what to expect once you submit your resume.

Steps in our Recruiting Process:

  • View our current open positions on the Current Opportunities page. Once you identify a position which you are interested in and qualified for, you can submit your interest for the position by clicking the Submit your Resume button at the bottom of the page. You will then be asked to submit your name and e-mail, and to upload your resume and optional cover letter. Please indicate position of interest in the subject line of your email.


  • Once you submit your resume for a position, you will receive a notification e-mail confirming your resume was received by the HR team.


  • If your qualifications match the position requirements, a Human Resources Representative will contact you.  As part of our interviewing process, we may conduct phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, and assessments to assist in our selection process. Candidates that are selected for an interview at any of our offices will be asked to complete an application for employment.


  • Candidates that have been selected to move on to our interview process will be notified of their status.


  • If you are not selected for the position for which you submitted your resume, we will keep your resume on file and may contact you for potential future opportunities.


  • If you receive an offer of employment from us, we will conduct a pre-employment background investigation and drug screen.
